Speaker Wires?

my bad it is 18 gauge, I just didn't go and actually check what it was. hey i wasn't that far off

just to wake up a dead forum, I figured I'd put my experence here

if it is amped, just unscrew the speaker from the door panel, it will come out in 1 piece, and have the amp in that pocket.
the wires are pretty simplistic you have power, ground, 2 signal wires, and a wire that goes up to the tweeter, if my memory serves, it's been a while since I added the amp to my friend's cabbie
