lookie what I made.......

Have you done so much to the car today that it just doesn't fit into one section, or are you too damn lazy to split it all up? Either way, this is the section for you.

If it was straight black, I'd be hitting the "buy it now" button!

Can anyone post a pic of how the left side (driver's side) card is mounted? :D :D

Only thing I like about CF is that it's lite. However Kamz, you could pick that up and paint it whatever color you wanted.

Now I find CF tasty as all Hell! But being an old bike guy things like CF and Ti really get me going.

I still get much more of a kick out of fabbing things myself though. I haven't had enough time to really play under the hoods yet. Looks like you guys have come up with all the best mods so far.

One thing that's missing from all the 'dub sites I've visited (hint hint) is a list detailing fabs and mods only, instead of being buried in with the repairs.

Cool! If it's anything similar to "Timbo's VW Tech Notes" site, it will be awesome!

In case you haven't seen it (I'm sure you have...) :

Timbo's technotes have a lot of my friend Patricks time invested. Everywhere you see the reference to ATS, thats Patrick. Pat put a lot of that stuff together over about 5-6 years so, beating the collecion that Timbo has will be...well....damn near impossible.

As for the laytout, I'll have to come up with something a bit different. Wouldn't want to be a copy-cat or anything. Hopefully, it will be as easy to navigate. We'll have to see. I will try though.

Agreed. It's never cool to copy someone else's hard work.

If it anything like the rest of this site, it'll be great! Kudos to you and Christine!

Just an update, The Admin Lady and I haven't had much time to really start on the technotes section. Jimmy (BigDaddy) has sent us some good info though. Recently, the cabby has thrown another hissy fit and I haven't taken the behave stick to it yet. My rocco also appears to have gotten jealouse and blew a coolent hose (which I fixed yesterday) so I've had my hands full.

I think if everything works out, but mid next month you will start seeing some technotes available. More so since I'll be doing all kinds of work to the cars and I'll be making my own tech notes complete with hi-res pics and my own brand of humor. So just hold on a bit longer, I promise it's coming.
