The car I purchased was lacking its map pockets. I've got a replacement sent from ebay, but can't figure out how it actually attaches to the door. Haynes is not very clear.

The map pockets attach to the lower part of the door card from the rear.
Remove the door card, and you will see the 4 or 6 screw holes that attach it to the rear. There is only one screw that screws from the front to hold the speaker cover in place.
