I think I'd like to try that when I get to put mine back together. Any issues with wires or cables length?

None what so ever.. I had enough slack in wires for bother stereo and the gauges to move to both locations... there is enough room to play.. i just havent got around to getting the stereo back where its gonna go now...call me lazy.

still isn't done.. probably wont be done till next week now.. its freaking hot outside.. heat index of like 115.
