Briano has a few points worth exploring. Sometimes you have to be a Bulldog. Just be willing to chew what you bite into. Otherwise, you may as well squat to pee.

Standing up, and not accepting anything less is not called causing a scene. It is getting what you paid for.

See it is inbred and abhorant to our make up all our life our mothers said Stop making a scene, when you were yelling kicking and screaming on the floor wanting that toy, or candy.

BUT Shabby work requires immediate, nonstopable grit in the grease, and if you start up when another customer is present, and getting ready to buy something that is all the more better....NOw I am not saying take a baseball bat to his counter....but always stand up and be ready to go toe to toe....

Its done and over with i only paid 50 for the window and installation was free if this one breaks then i'm going to go back and demand they fix it free of charge
