Tail lights inop
The parking, side marker, and tag lights still work. Is the wire with a loop terminal supposed to be hooked to the right tail light housing? Because it was dangling when we got the car. The lights worked before and since attaching the wire. Fuse diagram indicates fuses OK.

Look for the ground wires connections. They are located in the middle of the steel plate. You probably need to add a new ground path. I use a spad connector attached to a middle finger or free finger on that plate then take it over to a bumper bolt.
Tail light plate:

bumper bolt

The tail lights sockets get corroded and the end or power finger can loose its umph and needs to be re-bent tight.

I'm not worthy of such timely and detailed pics! It turns out that my parts runner got 6V bulbs and they toasted after a short time. It takes 5007s. Thanks for the help!
