New 85 owner
Hello, I have had my 85 for 2 months and it is the coolest car I think I have ever owned! Needs some TLC but it is in great shape for how old it is. I need some help getting the top to latch closed better, I already broke a latch and had to get a new one...now with the replacement it is even harder to close.

When you close your top make sure that the rear windows are about a inch rolled down.
Then slightly press down on the top as you are latching it.

Also the j-hooks on the latches are adjustable, you can play a little with that. Try loosen them up One turn or two.
