Biggest problem with my new Cabriolet is that at 1/2 throttle or more it stumbles, a lot. I don't have a lot of time before or after work to do any real repairs and waiting for the weekend wasn't going to make the drive any more pleasnat. So....... I let the engine suck a 1/3 of a bottle of Seafoam through the brake booster hose, let it sit while the cloud dissipated and I got a cup of mud then fired it back up for a test drive. Smooth as silk. Next is replacing all the hoses and gaskets so there are no additional small leaks. I read another post with links to some of the parts at NAPA, side trip on the way to work.
Having fun already.

Re: Stumbles at 1/2 throttle
Now, do yourself a big favor, change your oil fast. Seafoam does some really great stuff, but it will also makes it way into your oil and thin it out. It's just a good rule of thumb to do an oil change and make sure you get it out before it does damage to your rod bearings and such. It's not a definit "it will screw your motor up" but there is a lot of potential there and it's just not worth the risk compared to a $30 oil change.
Glad it did work for you though and it's good to see you making progress on the car

Calimus.
That's the first thing I did. Got the Fram filter off and the Bosch on, filled up with synthetic.
Life is good.
