Hi people, I live in Bellingham, WA and have a 1981 Rabbit ragtop, which I'm currently putting a new top on (including headliner and pad). I found this site while looking for instructions for this project. Thanks for bieng here!!

Welcome. In-progress pics are always good. Bellingham huh? A buddy of mine used to be stationed up there when he was in the Navy, he liked the area a lot.

I'm still looking for my camera, my 18Y/o daughter had it last...go figure. It's a white/white '81 Rabbit Convertible w/110k on it in perfect shape. Baught it for her, but her Mom wanted airbags and I can't fault her, so it's mine I guess.I've been a VW guy for 30 years. Had bugs, microvans and Rabbits, both gas and diesel, and old Porsches... never done top before, though.
