not sure if this is the right category. We all know how precious the trunk space on the cabby is, so i was wondering if anyone had any experience with the spare tire type sub woofers, the kind that fit inside the spare tire. I'm sure there are a lot better sounding options out there but my goal isnt to start an earthquake, i just want some enjoyable kick to my tunes.

I think the spare tire sub is a bad idea because as soon as you do that, you will blow a tire and have no spare. The solution I used in my wifes cabby is this.
It's a small MTX 10" speaker with a box and a 300w amp. All you need to add a little extra bump to the car.
