Well after a few jabs from Canuker, I've finally got this ready...
Most of us are sick of winter, and are planning for the warm weather ahead. So Sunday, May 15th, 2011 is...
Topless Cruise Day
It's the day we all drive our Cabbys and get ready for the summer.
We are going to have an organized cruise here in Calgary. It would be really cool if other cruises are held as well.
Here's the flyer
PS Thanks Seagull and Dana for letting me use your graphic.
Dammit... does this mean I'll have to finally break down and join Facebook?
In all seriousness, I'm not an FBer so I have to ask: Is that the actual link up there? When I click on it I get an "Invalid page" error from FB (not usually the case with public pages). I'm putting the event (totally awesome, Phil!) on Cabby Info and need the correct link.
That link isn't working Kammy. I'm somewhat ashamed to admit I'm on FB. I joined to help me network while I was looking for a new job. I'm also on LinkedIn. I reconnected with a lot of folks from HS on FB so I've stuck around.
I keep my friends list pretty tidy though, I'm not one of those ppl that has 600+ friends. I have right at 100 and I know every damn one of them personally. Never realized I knew that many ppl.

Thanks Kamy,
I've just been linking everything to this thread. It is after all a TRF event (thanks William).
BTW, I'm not a FaceBooker either. That is Canuker's contrabution.
Can I assume that the Garage Princess will be out crusing on that day?
Gee I read this and was expecting to see folks driving shirtless, like the pantless subway day .
Briano
Yes as matter of fact, I have the Luck o'the Irish...everything I touch turns to fertilizer of the bovine variety. You can lead a user to a link, but you can't make him Click....

No shame in that, William. Just so long as you don't spend every waking minute on FB wondering what your friends are doing and playing Car Town. I must admit, if I joined FB, I could probably meet up with a number of old friends from my childhood, but I'm taking a stand with this e-fad.

Here's hoping! At present she's had a bad battery since about October (last driven in August) and I need to do some other things to her as well (she's got shows coming up, right quick!). Poor baby... the Big Blue Brick has sucked up most of the attention over the past year.
