Rocco now moves under it's own power. Granted, the power isn't much untill I can get it chipped. But it's nice to pretty much be done with her for a bit. Drove it to work today, but I think I'll park it till Chip day arrives.

Now hurry up and finish your jetta man. :P

hate to hear that. Continue to keep us posted though. If all goes well, I might be going to get the chip tomorrow. Then I think I'll be tinkering around a bit with the crabby cabby, then the Mistress Scirocco, the beater beetle and then the Jetta. Too many cars :banghead:

time has come to get rid of the wagon...if all goes well i will be getting a 2003 land rover.

the last straw was this friggen coolant leak, i replaced the parts that qwere leaking and it fixed the problem for 4 days, now i have a new leak, and the culprit is the goddam thermostat housing (same problem it was originally)...so im going to the dealership that has the land rover tomorrow morning when i wake up and gonna try to swing a crack deal (23k otd and 3500 for the wagon)...but only after i talk to usaa about how much i can get financed for

Make sure you insure it for fire damage, because in about 6 months (or sooner) you are going to want to set fire to the thing yourself. The English and French should have all manufacturing capabilities forcibly removed from their soil. They should only be allowed to make wine and breakfast, not necessarily in that order.

This rant is in jest, the automobiles (I use that term loosely) produced by these two countries annoy the piss out of me. :banghead:

Get a Landcruiser/LX450, you can get one in the 95-97 year range fairly cheap and they last forever.

While I agree, the french gave us hydraulic airbag shocks that lead to the rise of the lowered or raised hispanic jumping car... (yes Citroen had the first).
And I still wonder how England beat the hell out of Germany, since we all know that LORD LUCAS is the Prince of DARKNESS.... (Did the spitfire only have two fuses? like most early British cars did?) I mean you can't really pull over a airplane on the side of a cloud because a wire blew to save the fuse? I have never heard of a good English Wine, or Breakfast..... and what the hell is Orange MArmalade? Did the French invent Toast? Croissants, and what the hell is Brie all about.... Who in their right mind wants a cheese that squirts... and do you swallow it or spit it out? If it weren't for Brie would there been a Bubbalicious Bubble Gum?

Now Land Cruisers last because they used to be made out of all aluminum, hence no rust.... Similar to the Land Rover and Rover Sedans....(which co-inky dently are both British and Lucas applicable, I owned both).

Which comes back to the original question what ever the hell that is anyways, I forgot. :) Hope I made you smile :)
