Spotted in Hillsobrough, NC
I was behind this cabby on my way to work this morning, I followed it all the way to Guess Road in Durham where I got a better look at the car but not another shot. It was being driven by a young guy about in his 20's and it looked like he was doing some modifications to the car cause the rims weren't stock.

Same car different day!
Low and behold I spotted the same car today but only this time he followed me nearly all the way to work. Got a better shot of it while we where stopped at the light. He must have thought I was crazy.
