Re: Old Year Resolutions
Gotta do the in-tank fuel pump and the struts on mine. I haven't decided yet if I'm going to overhaul the struts myself, or buy complete assemblies so I don't have to mess with a spring compressor.

Re: Old Year Resolutions
New resolution - Get my rocco back on the road.
Still need some parts, but there are things I can do till I get them. Been lacking in motivation for a year and due to recently being called out on the Tex, I seem to have found the motivation.
However, first I have to replace the cam position sensor on the jetta, along with a new serp belt. The Beetle needs new plug wires and possibly new plugs as it's missing on #3 cyl under heavy load and Cristines rocco needs a new fuel pump again. All of these things were ordered in the last two days and should be arriving before next weekend I hope. Once those are fixed, that will put the list back at 4 well running VW's in the yard and one engineless rocco. Much better odds.
Oh an Brian, I finally rediscovered the shift rod weight you gave me. Much like you, I put it in a safe place and then found that that place was safe from me. However, I found the hiding spot the other day and plan on strapping it into crabby cabby this weekend.
