Yes they do look good together, but I am amazed that you aren't going to let your daughter drive it to school.....and give her the beater truck....what fun is that for girl...

I have to admit that crabby cabby with the eyebrow does look a little sad next to the other as if one is saying oh bother, and the other is saying come on choose me choose me yep yep yep I'll get you there fast huh huh....

Like the tale of 2 cities, it was the best of times, and the worst of times....

Man, there is no pleasing you folks is there?! Just kidding. Might have to wait till the weeknd for a pic of all the A1's. Thats just more musical cars that I can handle durring a work week.

Brian, the reason this isn't going to our daughter is because it's in such good condition, we would hate to see it get destroyed. The truck's parts are plentiful an cheap as where we all know that cabby parts arn't so easy to find and are a pain in the ass to replace. She's not been driving enough yet to get her liecense yet and I full expect some minor fender benders, curbing and such once she is driving.

Besides, she's only going to have the truck for 2 years, then I think we will find her a cabby or scirocco as a graduation present. The other thing is that she doesn't care for convertables. She always complains when Cristine would put the top down on the crabby cabby. Granted her tastes might be changing.

Ah the joys of parenting under the hood? lol I know that feeling, my daughter was riding n my eagle with all the windows up and the fan going on full....why we say her in the wally world parking lot? It was one of those 100+ degree days....I said you could get heat stroke or pass out....leave the windows down..... but DAAAAAAd I didn't want my hair to get messed. Shes blonde and a yankee....well I went and fixed the a/c the next day.....

But there was nothing better than driving my MG to High School.......TOPLESS....

I get the same thing from my wife, can you roll the window up, it is messing my hair....I said What...The Top is down.... She is blonde and from bama.

Makes a lot of sense to me!

Funny, I complained to my mom that she didn't put the top down enough on her '84! :D
