here a look of factory steelies that have been widened.
theses particular ones are 9" wide (a little too wide for a MkI if you ask me, but at least its proof it can be done.

Love the rims! But dont like the Cabby... Dont like the look without the fender flares. It looks too plain.
Need a lil flarein the fender. 8)

I Kind of like that rack on the top though i hope it comes off.. would really come in handy if I need to tie the wife up there for getting on my nerves! :lol:

i thought so too till I saw where the top meets about windshield.. I not too big on the missing front bumper though.. but hey, what ever blows that persons hair back..

That is the look that I am going for!!! Right there!! hell ya!! saving a pic of that wheel, gonna print it and hang it on the refrigerator so I can see it every day, and every time I find a penny, put it in the wheel fund!!! HELL YA!!! If only I could find the lug covers and center caps right now.. I would take those damn centers off.. and sell those. I know people are looking for them.. i saw postings on the tex.

SoCal, is there anyway you can find out the width and offset of Daniels wheels?? Well, he has no clipper, so I couldnt go that far out.
