You know the deal...The Convy/Cabby came with glued-on sill trim - thick vinyl sheet over foam/MDF core glued to the top of the inner door sheetmetal. Very nice until they crack (which they ALL do). NLA from the dealer. Rare to find used, as removing them without destroying them is near impossible.
Anyhow had my local upholstery guy glue some padded vinyl on my door sills...came out nice and was like $40 a side.
