As of late there has been a lot of spammers hitting the site. I have been a tad laid up and heavily medicated as of late and get to them as fast as I can remember.
Sorry for the delay. It has caused me to block new user activation with email activation. So they can't get thru, and hopefully will stop.
Some get through, but not as many as there was.
Oh, and spammers.... You will not get an activation letter, y'all just get banned.
