Finally got a chance to post up the pictures of the show that the wife and I attended this weekend.
The wifes Bunneh took 1st place in her class.
The rocco took 2nd in it's class which is a step up from the 3rd place that it took at the same show last year.
For those that want to see pictures, just hop over on the link provided

Would have posted them in the forum, but it would have ment 56k deth and even for those of you with broadband, well, 80 something pics take a while to pull.

thought that was the same show Nash was talking about
i hear they had some pretty crazy classes... at least compared to shows out here... he took home 4 1st Places. I thought it was impossible myself, well, for 1 guy with 1 car....

Actually Nash took three 1st's and one 2nd place. But his car is the mutz nutz so it's understandable. The only real issue I haev with it, is that he and the rest of the Durty Dubs crew showed up like an hour before judging cut off. It's one of those things that does and doesn't bother me.
I personally feel that if you are going to go to a show and show your car, you should be there the enitre duration of the show, not just swoop in to nab some trophy's and leave all within 3 hours time.
But anyway, the classes really arn't that goofy. It's a small show that is getting bigger and this is only the second year they have had water cooled classes. Not too many water coolds show up so they kinda have to do some funky grouping. Scirocco and Cabriolets however, do have their own class.

ah, ok
its crazy for me, we've got a class for each model and a people choice. thats it.
not used to having a "best paint" "best motor swap" etc...

No apology necessary really, I was out of state myself this weekend putting 6 or 700 hundred miles on my Vanagon. That last post wasn't a hint, I really do think the cars look better on the computer.
