Top o'damorning.
The Corned beef is roasting and the aroma is outta site.
I have had the standard cup of Irish family coffee, that is a cup of Chok-full-O'Nuts, and Irish whiskey for toleration.
The bread Pudding is soaking, and the Soda Bread with be made soon..... To top that The newest member of the O'Connell clan was born last night
Teagan Marie, my Great Neice... 11:34pm... Fecking Protestant Hospital, and Baptist Dr.'s Screwing with the Irish again.......
But all in all a good start to a great day....

Hope you had a good one Brian. Cristine and I worked all day, but she was awesome and put the Corned Beef & Cabbage n the slow cooker that morning. So when we were both home around 9pm we had a proper Irish dinner. We also have more for tonight and possible for tomorrow.
