RPM gauge not working

The rpm gauge on the car isn't working. Any ideas as to what it may be , how easy of a fix, how much, ect?

So your Tach and your Fuel gauge isn't working?

Yes as matter of fact, I have the Luck o'the Irish...everything I touch turns to fertilizer of the bovine variety.

yes, both the rpm and gas gauge are not working
