If you can place the car in 0 time.
Remove the 13mm bolt and clamp.
Remove the Distrubtor from the car.
Clean the side of the dizzy, and make a couple of small scratches next to the hole
for the sender bracket. (Gives the glue something to cling to.)
Clean the area with brake cleanerto remove all traces of crud oil, and dirt.
Using Tape Cellophane is good...
Tape off the area under the sender where the bracket bolts.
Tape off to the left and right of the bracket about 1/2 inch.

Tape off the area above the bracket where the Distributor cap covers, slight raised lip.

Using your favorite 5 minute glue, and a plastic cup or lid (Plastic will not absorb the glue.)
Mix up enough to do the job. FOLLOW directions for the product.

Apply the Glue to the bracket sides, covering the bare metal, and bracket. Then using tape
across the Bracket to hold it in place.

Place your applicator back in to the glue as you need to know when the runny to semi-hard phase
occurs. (About 3.5-4 minutes after mix.)

When the Runny phase stops and the Semi-Hard is occuring, use an exacto knife to
Scrape off excess from the tape areas.

You can cut the bottom tape off

Now with the Glue firmer, Cut the glue at the edges of the tape on both sides
so that when it fully hardens it will have a nice separation, and won't lift of the dizzy where you didn't tape it.

Cut down to the metal

Let it set for about an hour or 2.
With it almost fully cured, you can remove all the tape and end up with a pretty normal looking dizzy.

See the Lip for the cap is clean

Enjoy.
