It was so Obvious that I didn't catch it until now.
Lets start at the basic.
Step 1
Is your Rain Gutter Trim Slipped?
Does it look like this?

When it should look like this.

Carefully pry the trim off.
On the flat part of the lips outer edge run some silicone
Reposition the trim to fully enclose the top of the gutter.
Place a drollop of silicone at the top of the trim, and finish
putting it on.

Using Tape place it on the underside of the door seal and close the door to
"hold it".

Pulling the tape tight over the trim to hold it in place.

Now water that is sliding off the window can't blow directly back to the seal.
Step 2
Where your top frame contacts the "A" pillar seal is it tight, or is there a itty bitty gap? If
there is a gap, I got the fix.

Open the top.

Place a piece of "black" closed cell foam 1/4 inch thick. on the front edge of the seal
and Trim to look pretty. (gray used to show you).

Now when you close the top, there won't be a GAP that water can get in to your knee.
Simple Effective and a Real No Brainer when you look at it.
