50 bucks for two stupid bolts :evil: Stupid volkswagen dealer. Stupid concept 1 can't get them anymore. But they do work so thats good I guess. This took too long.
No chowder for you, cause clams have feelings too.

If you are talking about the strut bearing plates, they only run 30 bucks or so......and the plates usually have the bolts as a press fit installed.

Or

Am I thinking the wrong ones. Are you talking about the strut bolts that hold the strut to the spindle?

ya the ones that attach the lower part of the strut to the spindle if its called that. the top bolt is fancy for camber adjustment and thats the one that costs.

Napa told me they can't get special bolts and they didn't even have the nut that would fit it.

don't feel bad, they took 200 dollars from me to order a harmonic balancer, and 3 weeks later told me it was no longer available...........

but that is listed on thier web site......................

All Done wheel alignment and all.
I'll give volkswagen one thing though, they had the cheapest wheel alignment. (but it was a week and a half wait)
