well i got the funniest looks

This morning, I had to go shopping at the store, since the trunk was full, i popped the top placed everything in the rear seat. Placed up my cheap assed wind screen, and drove off from krogers.

You wouldn't believe the stares that I got driving down PIB (Peachtree Industrial Blvd)..yes we have about 37 bazillion roads called Peach something or other... I spose I made some folks day... well it was 32 degrees, but I was toasty warm with the heater cranked full on my feet.

Now if only I had a Christmass Tree in the Cabby with the lights and ornaments on....

It's funny you mentioned the tree with lights bit. Cristine was wanting to do the same thing a few weeks back.

BTW, how far from where PIB crosses 285 are you?

Yes I remember a few years back after buying a Christmas Tree (real not fake) and placing it in the back of the bunny for the drive home. It was about a 9 foot tree so I just stood it in the back with the stump on the floor and away I went.

My favorite was bringing a 12 foot roll of carpet home from Home Depot. With the top down, I just laid it across the windshield frame and the roll bar. Tied it to the roll bar and had the wife hold it from the front seat so it wouldn't shift.

Got lots of funny looks at HD.

o yeah, did anyone see that Washington Financial or something ad?
it's a chick in a non-clipper cabby and she gets pulled over. now that i think about it, i dont think the was anystuff in the backseat.
