No need to pull the injectors. Fuel pressure reading is taken from the line before the f/dist. It would be good to pull the injectors to see if you actually have a f/dist. problem. Have you pulled the plugs to see what they look like?

I did pull the plugs awhile ago, they still were farily bright and shiney as I had replaced them shortly before the car had died, and yes they all had spark. Also had replace the cap, rotor and wires, and the car was running after that too.

Do you know if there is something hooked up to the outlet in the top of the air filter casing as shown in a previous picture??

I am not as familiar as I would like to be with CIS. Have you tried plugging the hole with something temporarily and starting the car? I believe there is a vacuum that needs to be achieved for that airbox to work properly. If that hole is open to the atmosphere then you may have found your problem. I remember sensors and vacuum fittings on some earlier models but I can't tell from your picture if that hole is on the engine side or fender side.

Kool, will try that, the hole is actually to the fire wall. I didn't notice it until I was putting the dizzy back in.

Blocked the hole over, and still no start. But I did notice some possible bad connections, and some possible bad vaccum hoses. Working my way thru replacing and fixing...............
