I had a chance to take my float tube out to Long Beach CA on Monday night with my brother. This is what I hooked up! A legal 10lb halibut!!!

Does anyone else fish or have fishing pics?

Same story here, used to fish back in the day, kinda lost interest in it. I only have a lake nearby so small mouth bass were the target and they do put up a good fight. Did some open water fishing when I was much younger and don't really remember it.

However, thats a good sized fish, cook it up.

I don't eat much fish, I haev a problem with it, most of the time it tastes like fish. :P

Some I can eat, some I can't. Sadly though, I can eat squid, shark, octipus and a few other sea critters, but I don't care for the fish.

Nope, squid and shark don't taste like chicken, to me they taste like squid and shark cause I just can't compare them to anything else I've eaten. But man is it good.

Calimus, next time somebody asks you if you like something and you don't, use this line:

"No thank you, I don''t like that (insert food stuff here) it gets in my mouth"

Friend of mine hit me with that awhile back and I nearly fell off my chair.

Did you ever really wonder what Snake, Possum, Rabbit, and Shark tasted like before man discovered Chicken...

The most notable culinary feat, was the first man that ate an oyster....

I disagree, I was at a dinner with my boss and several co-workers when my employer ordered us all artichokes.

First of all, who in their right mind would look at one of these things and think food?

Secondly, who spent the better part of the last minutes of their existence (and I say this because they had to be very close to death from starvation before attempting to eat one of these things) trying to find something edible in it?

Third and last, you get to the middle and your still left with a VEGETABLE!

Although picking something up out of the mud, breaking it open to find somebody sneezed into the shell before you got there and then having the idea to eat it anyway has it's points too.

I need a doughnut.
