What size is needed?

Post by CalAltaDubber »

I want to remove the steering wheel from the Evil Rabbit for my next vw project. I don't have a socket that is large enough for the nut that holds it on.

Does anyone know what size? I'm guessing it is 22 mm but I don't want to make a bunch of trips to the hardware store till iget the right one.

i did that once. i have a nice big scar on my upper lip from it....really hurt!

if you don't use a puller make sure you leave the nut a few threads on so the wheel don't smack you in the face.
If you can't beat them, drop the top and pimp by 'em!
