which one, engine or heater blower.

Engine yes but it will be after market.....not OEM.
Oiling a noisy fan, and making sure the mountings of it and the fan shroud are tight.

Yes as matter of fact, I have the Luck o'the Irish...everything I touch turns to fertilizer of the bovine variety.

Idk the difference but it's the one that turns on when my car is off?

That is the Radiator Fan. Yes there are after market fans that you can buy that include their own shrouds that are "quietier?"...
If your Shroud isn't bolted in correctly or there is play in the fan to the shroud that can add noise as in vibration.
If you don't have a top radiator card that can be issue as well.
