Now that the summer is almost over we only have a few more short weeks to enjoy driving with the top down.
So my favorite show of the year is this week end (Sep 25).
It is in a town called High River and is about a half hour drive south of Calgary.
This is really the last blast of the season and the town where the show is held gets behind the club hosting the show.
The down town area is closed off for the show and last year 1200 cars registered. There were more but registration closes at 1 PM.
There is just about everything you can think ofat this show and still so much more to see.
I'll show some pics.

Ya know the wife was in that neck of the woods Wed-Fri... she is on the way back to Atl... she did say it was rather cool in the PNW.

Re: Coolest car show of the year
Well, I went, I had fun and I got the t-shirt.
Sorry, I didn't take too many pictures, just a '29 Merceedes and a newly restored Giha. I'll post them later today.
The weather was fantastic! 28 Deg C (about 90 F) and it was great crusin' with the top down.
CVD had some problems though, one beetle blew it's engine on the way there, and a second tried to do the same. The second beetle limped home running on two cylinders.
I was not immune, Topless Bunny decided to throw away the alternator belt on the way home. That took a little work to get solved
Posh Bunny ran like a champ. They both got a lot of attention too.
