Don't know if anybody else has noticed this, but sometimes we try to help people with their technical issues and we find ourselves searching for vehicle information, what year the cabby is, auto or standard etc.

Could we find some way to encourage them when they sign up to include this in the signature or maybe even use a different box or section?

I have toyed with that in the past, might be time to look at it again. I'll see what I can come up with.

I may be making this more complicated than it needs to be. Maybe just a sticky so that people posting issues will be reminded to include car info. at the beginning of their post. I belong to a motorcycle forum and there is one individual that constantly reminds people to post the info. at that point, it's annoying but effective.
