Hello,
Me (28) and my girlfriend (27) are the owners of 3 vw. One mk1 cabby (1984) one mk3 cabby (1996) and an vw passat (2001).
The mk1 is in parts now. I am building it al new from the ground. The car is now already to go to the painter. I am now loking for a nice color for the car.
So here are some pics from the cars.

Welcome to TRF
You have some nice cars there!
I too have a MKi that is at the body shop What are you planning to do with yours?
It's been pretty cool lately seeing all you guys from the NL joining here. I have joined Golf Cabrio. as well.
Hint to the Admins maybe we should link these two sites somehow.

Nice collection of cars and welcome to the forum. The shots of your mk3 Cabrio are very sophisticated and really compliment the car.

Re: Kaboens from the Netherlands
Welcome! More pics of the Mk1, pretty please...
Re: Kaboens from the Netherlands
Thank you guys. When I get the mk1 back from the painter i am going to make some pics.
When the painting job is ready i am going to rebuilt the mk1. The original engine will be replaced (a gti engine with enginecode dx), a new roof, there will be an interior from a classic-line been placed (an classic-line is an mk1 which is only produced in Germany). The rims that will be placed are BBS rs.
Yes to link to each others site is a good idea. I am not an moderator from the golfcabrio.com site. Mayby you can send an message to Rene. He is the moderator.

wow. Your "before" shot of the MKI is better than my MKI as it sits.
I really need to get some money and finish the poor thing. Nice collection
