A friend recommended a stress bar for my cabby to help prevent chassis flex and sharpen the handling. Any thoughts or advice?
Is installation a do-it-yourself project?

Re: Stress bar advice
Personally I believe in the front stress bar, it tends to stiffen the front in.... and i have noticed that it handles better.
The euro-sport, neuspeed, are about the same.... but don't get confused that a "jetta" / Golf is the same as the mk1.

I have a Neuspeed and it really helped. Feels tighter. It really adds up when you have a lower/stiffer suspension setup. It looks nice and adds up to the engine bay as well!
Yes, you can install it yourself, took me about 20 mins...
