I bought a New Toy

Post by CalAltaDubber »

Well, I figured it was time for me to go and buy something nice.

So I went and bought a Nav unit.

I was looking at Garmin and TomTom units and decide on the TomTom. It seemed to be a little more user friendly than the Garmin. Besides the deal was a little better.

So far I have played with it going to work and a few other places.

I can't wait to try it out on a trip.

I love the TomTom's. Very easy to use, and the voice is so much easier to understand in my opinion.

True they are funny.

One of the options is to download different voices, like Yoda.

"Your journey, you may start. May the Force be with you." and "Left, you must turn."

or some English sexpot with "Turn left Darling."

It could be enough to drive you crazy.
