Southern Worthersee 2008

Post by cabster91 »

H2OTuning would like to invite everyone from the TRF to Southern Worthersee,'08! We had a fanatstic time with our first Show & Shine/ GTG last year, and this year promises to be bigger and better. You may recall last year fell on Mother's Day and many people were unable to attend ( we still had @200 cars). We've changed the date and expanded to a two day format for next year. The Show & Shine will be from 10:30 am to 4:00 pm on Saturday May 17. The Mountain Lake Cruise will be from 11:00 to 12:30 on Sunday the 18th. As last year, everything (including t-shirts to the first 250 people) is free except food and lodging. Our sponsor hotel is giving the same rate as last year...$69.00pn for standard and $94.00pn for riverview; Their contact info as well as up to date event info can be found at http://www.SouthernWorthersee.com. Our event is a non competitive GTG and all cars are part of the event, regardless of condition...please make plans to attend, we only had about 10 Cabriolets and Cabrios last year...I'm bringing both of mine...Hope to see you there!

I plan on attending with the "Baldheaded Bunny" if nothing happens between now and then. I checked out the pictures on the internet and if nothing else, I would like to go for the beautiful country side. Hey, skin back the top and lets go.

Thanks Cabster91, I might just check that out although I'm not for sure what day I will leave if I go.

Thanks for the information.

Well I did just check Tndubs out and it seemed to me that nothing was too organized yet. I'll check back on it later.

Wow, my fault. I went back and looked and its well organized. I only had read the first page earlier. Sorry about that.

So it looks like we might try to make to Worthersee since it looks like we are getting the Cabby next weekend. Are you guys planning on caravanning to the show? If so are you guys meeting somewhere near Atlanta?

I don't think the Fiancé and I are going to make it to this one... :(

We're trying to save up for a long weekend cabin rental in June.
