Environment Canada is predicting the coldest winter in 15 years 
At least all the ski areas in the Rockies are open.
A Chinook (warm winds off the Rocky Mountains) is predicted to start over the next few hours. That means the temperature will be above freezing for a couple of days.
Current tem. is -19 C

It poured rain here in AZ Friday and Saturday! Best part: My Cab's cracked original top still doesn't leak!! 
It did get cold at night here in Phoenix: somewhere around 40°F. Two feet of snow in the high country though... where I'm glad I no longer live!
