Well, it's originally Titan metallic Red which was a really lousy reddish-brown with a touch of metallic. Not much of a standout color I'm afraid.
Since I don't want to have to repaint the entire car I'm thinking I'll go with a dark red metallic like you see on some GM's these days. Or Chrysler's both are nice, the Chrysler's a bit more orange-ish I think. That way the engine bay and turnk, etc wouldn't look too far off.
And I saw a MK4 Golf the other day with a bitchin' red metallic I'd never seen on a VW before. Made we wonder if it was custom or if that was a new VW color I'd not seen .
Anyone know?
