I am bad.....I had to replace a caliper today and am stuck

Where does the long caliper slide bolt go ...top or bottom

Yes as matter of fact, I have the Luck o'the Irish...everything I touch turns to fertilizer of the bovine variety.

If youi are speaking of The Upper and Lower Guide Pins...Usually upper is longer, shorter is bottom.. I tried to catch you in a PM, but dont know if you got it. Hope that helps.. Let me know

yep....decided to bleed them as It didn't matter if the pins where correct for that ...Thanks Jimmy, had a brain or brian fart.....

Dam How STUUUUUUpid are I. Jimmy Clued me in with great help....but I still didn't like how the bolts were never getting tight and they were exceeding the distance of the caliper....

I took the Dam thing off, and the new Caliper didn't have the slides in it. Once I got the slides in it was a real no BRIANER....opps Brainer....

DAM DAM STUUUUUPID STUUUUUUPID STUUUUUUPID....I'm my own Granpa.....I'm my own Granpa.......


THANKs JIMMMMMMMMMMMINEY you are my favorite Texan, and I woun't do any of the Sabine Coonass jokes....ever again....well not this week anyway.
