Turbo for 2.0 8v

Post by cholos2 »

I was looking on some sights and saw a KO3 turbo. WIll this fit on a 2.0 8v engine in the 99 cabrio or am I completely off the mark?

I had looked at 1.8t swap but that may be a bit out of my price margin.

I also have been looked at the Neuspeed supercharger but if I can get boost cheaper Im goin for it.

Sweet! Thanks 1lowcab! Looks like it is about the same ( alittle bit cheaper ) than the Neuspeed SC.

Which do you think is more tunable the turbo or the supercharger?

the turbo is more tuneable. although you also gotta realize, you can crank up the boost on a S/C with a different pulley. and there is no turbo lag.

if it was my car i would probably go with the ATP turbo, more power, less price. but, i love turbos!
