Pleasure Tripping

Post by Briano1234 »

It don't get much better than this does it.

I had to make a pleasure trip today driving my WB daughter
to the air port (yep my pleasure trip). I go out to the rabbutt
take the top down and crank up the tunes. They were hard driving tunes,
from the 60's and 70's.... Stones, Chicago, Boz Scaggs...one after another.
Sun Shining Cruising down the interstate and zipping along at 80 to 90 ish staying
with the flow.

After dropping her at the air port I got to run by the Pullapart as they had a 92 in
there. It was my Green.... It was stripped of the dash kne ebar, but what not, but the
TOP and seals were intact it was even a powered top with everything there. I thought about
taking the fender off as it would of been less paint...
but well I didn't.

It didn't have the Intake tube, but I scored some small things that
will break on one or my other bunnies....

Jumped back in the car and tooled home on 285 topless cranking the volume and
staying at 70-85ish... What a great day for a drive not to hot, Sun shining
and cruising.....my WB daughter gone for the week end and the 4yr old
Great Niece leaving today...AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Very nice Brian. Sounds like you might actually get some quiet time.
