Well, the motor cycle had the green.

The Lady drove thru a red light aad look like she was on her cell phone.
The Motorcycle had time to stop to avoid.... mmmmmmm Neglience on both parts... yep.
Kill the Lady with the cell phone. Looks like the biker ( okay mopeder) has been injured enough.

Can't see the vid while here at work, but I think I know which one you are talking about.

Would agree with Brian, the biker had the oppertunity to stop so long as he wasn't watching something else which is always possible.

Either way, that shit hurts. I certainly didn't take a hit like that, but smacking the pavement even lightly isn't a pleasureable experience, unless your into pain I guess.
