Replacement Top Struts

Post by Briano1234 »

Ran across this on the tex.
So I ordered a set.

Cheaper replacement struts for your top,
http://www.mcmastercarr.com

strut - 9416K337 110lb force required
eyelet - 9416K84 (need 2 per strut)

Work farging fantastic, and at the price you can't beat them.
I didn't realize that they are over by Fulton industrial.

Here is a pic of the old strut at the top and the 2 newer at the bottom,
I put the eyelets on one of the new ones, they are beefier and I don't think they
will bend as easily as the old.
