I'm sure you can get that amended Brian. I don't foresee any reason Cristine and I would have to miss this one. I don't even have to worry about getting the time off anymore since I only work half day friday's now.

Not sure what we will take this year to show, but I know for a fact that the A6 will be used as the equipment hauler/support car.

I've got a guy I know from thesamba.com who moved here from cali w/ a baja bug who would like to come hang out with us, he's going to tow it or drive it. He might have a camper as a tow vehicle so he may or may not camp with us... I told him to we'd be glad to have him.

The more the merrier ya know. I don't think we are going to show anything this year. We are just going to come up and camp with you fine folks. There is rumored to be a possible appearance by a a stranger named Juan this year. Would be nice to have the old gang back together with a few new folks sprinkled in.

Nick, any chance Mark might be making it this year? Oh and when is lizzy going to have her own VW to show off? You laugh, but in a blink it will happen.

I would love to come this year. I had a blast last year! If my job situaton permits I will be able to come. I am close to getting my 81 Rabbit project put together and my goal is to have that done in time to bring it. The head gasket on my Cabby went out and that is taking time and money away from the 81. At least I will have the engine and engine bay on my Cabby detailed. :-)

registered. Last Saturday I spent about 2 hours washing Thanksgiving weekend's mud off the buggy... they're rather difficult to clean. Glad I'm not going to wax it or anything. talk about tedious.

oh no, I brought home a power washer from work just to get the mud off. I did it via garden hose once, which took a ton of water and more than twice as long. I was more referring to trying to wax it, which I couldn't do anyway, because the paint is a bit "dry" in some places.

Thats not good Brian. Is it just a time thing or the need for an extra set of hands. I only work half day's on Fridays, wouldn't hurt for me to come out to give ya a hand so long as you give me a landing zone at the bottom of your driveway for my bike.
