Now it's Winter, Time to Plan for Spring

Have you done so much to the car today that it just doesn't fit into one section, or are you too damn lazy to split it all up? Either way, this is the section for you.

Now it's Winter, Time to Plan for Spring

Post by CalAltaDubber »

I have the bunnies and the buggy put away, it's time to start planning for spring.

Since the two bunnies are pretty well complete, I sor of lost interest in working on cars. Well the arrival of the buggy has changed that. It's had the required safety inspection, and is now fully insured and licenced. :D

But the weather has it put away, so it's wrench time. Already the front brakes have been upgraded to disk brakes (big difference).

Now I just have to figure out what kind of creature comfort I want to add. Starting with some type of sound system and a charging system for accessories (like cell phone, GPS, that sort of thing).

I jus need to come up with a few other ideas.

I tell you that the 20 dollar one I bought from Wally World is starting to impress me, half the weight shoot 1/3 the weight of the old one, bluetooth, sd/usb and aux connectors. The bluetooth phone works ok, well lets face it for 20 bucks what do you expect, and with my 60 year old Turbine blasted ears, It sounds nice to me, so much so that I have to replace one of the Sony Explodes speakers as it is rattling a wee bit when I crank it up.
