Here is a good pic of my rear Lug Bolts, after not being off the car in about a year.
Dissimilar metal corrosion between the Steel Bolt and the Aluminum Rims.
Hit with wire brush, and never-seize.

Same here, My lug bolt was corroded also but in my case the bolt was broke so I need to go in machine shop to replace the bolt.
