Top struts cheap

Have you done so much to the car today that it just doesn't fit into one section, or are you too damn lazy to split it all up? Either way, this is the section for you.

Ran across this on the tex.
So I ordered a set.

Cheaper replacement struts for your top,
http://www.mcmastercarr.com

strut - 9416K337 110lb force required
eyelet - 9416K84 (need 2 per strut)

Work farging fantastic, and at the price you can't beat them.
I didn't realize that they are over by Fulton industrial.

Good info. Might have to spring for a set and stick them on the shelf till I get a new job and can get the rest of the materials for the top.

Here is a pic of the old strut at the top and the 2 newer at the bottom, I put the eyelets on one of the new ones, they are beefier and I don't think they will bend as easily as the old.
