I had to remove the fan shroud to replace the Radiator fan, and it irritated me that I had to take the radiator out of the bottom sockets and wiggle to get the shroud off the bottom hose cutout, and the switch cutout... So i started to think.
Normal shroud
What the shroud looked like.
How to avoid the switch/hose jiggle.
Make 3 cuts with tin snips.
Finished it now goes in and out so much easier filed the cut edges to make them dull.
