Cheap Assed Windscreen Part Deux

Have you done so much to the car today that it just doesn't fit into one section, or are you too damn lazy to split it all up? Either way, this is the section for you.

Cheap Assed Windscreen Part Deux

Post by Briano1234 »

Here is my second attempt at a DYI wind screen
It stays in place, cuts the wind and best yet it folds flat to 18"X6"...

It goes on after the boot cover.

The only issue I can think of with that setup is that it appears to be solid plastic sheeting. Which is going to act like a sail and possibly be rather noisy. Now I could br wrong, it's just want seems to fit right in my mind.

The material used on Cristines is more like mesquito netting. Very small holes that do let the air though, but very slowely.

I dunno man, hard to tell from the pics if it's solid or not. Even if it is solid, if it does the job, then thats all ya need. As far as fit & finish, it looks great. :D
