oh happy days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have you done so much to the car today that it just doesn't fit into one section, or are you too damn lazy to split it all up? Either way, this is the section for you.

You use two spring loaded clamps, pull the corner in place then hold it in place with a spring clamp holding the top bead to the frame with the top-in-between. Then as you tighten the cable it will pull it and keep it in place.

A little cussing helps, too. I mean, it doesn't matter to the top, but it makes you feel better. ;) It took me a few tries to get mine seated. I kept getting frustrated and having to go sit down, drink a Drop Top Ale, and think for a bit until I calmed down.

It all went together in the end, although I get water leaks around the spots where the cable goes inside the car -- right where the black plastic pieces that hold the snaps for the boot go. I'm not sure what I did wrong there.

Looks nice. I like that bumper. Are you going to put the emblems back on, or leave them off and fill the holes?

emblems are staying off. i'm going to be filling all the emblem/marker light holes, side moulding grooves and third brake light. i also want to flush out the plate recess on the trunk lid.
