Is that what you get when you cross a bug a thing a jeep and a hummer?? Can't decide if I like it or not. At least it probably gets better gas mileage than a hummer!

I like it. It would be cool if they added an engine up front and made it four-wheel drive, but it would be a pain to synchronize the two transmissions... Guess that's what dreams are for, "dreams are making the impossible possible."

It's like a Meyers Manx for the macho set. Not something I'd buy, but it's clever.

Is that a repurposed Jeep Wrangler soft top?

I wanted to get one of those kits soooo bad when I was 16 and had my '74. They were advertised in the VW magazines...

Have seen one of these in person. It used to come to Bug-a-palooza. Was a wild looking ride, thats for sure.
